You and Sukari Spirits LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Henry, Georgia to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Sukari Spirits LLC shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of SukariSpirits.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. SukariSpirits.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. PURCHASES AND PRICING
We work to maintain competitive prices and pass through discounts in the form of sale prices and other promotions when we can. However, there are numerous factors that affect the costs of our products and the prices we can offer. As such we cannot guarantee prices and do not have a price matching policy. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
All orders placed on the Site are processed for payment ‘offline’ by a real person. We confirm that your order information is complete and that the product(s) is still available. Once your order has been prepared for shipping your credit card information is processed. At that time, we provide (but do not guarantee to provide) a purchase notification via email.
GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with our product(s) or our service, email us immediately about any problems you may experience. Should any product be damaged during shipping except for leakage due to the selection of ground shipping, please email our Customer Service department by Info@SukariSpirits.com so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
RETURNS
PRODUCT PURCHASES: We can only accept returns and exchanges of damaged or spoiled items that are still in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are valid if received within 30 days of the purchase date. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
REFUND POLICY
Please contact us by phone or email before attempting a return. All refund requests must be called or emailed in within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you suspect the product is spoiled, please put the cork back in and return the bottle to us with the spirit still in it. We can’t take back any empty bottles, so please don’t dump it. If we send you the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a pickup and/or refund. If you wish to return the product for any other reason, please contact us to arrange sending it back to our third-party servicer. We will issue a refund, less any shipping fees.
SHIPPING
Shipping of spirits is independently regulated by each state. Some states prohibit residents from receiving shipments of spirits from out-of-state. State regulations change frequently, so make sure you know the regulations enforced by your state. It is your responsibility to respect local laws when using this Site.
By ordering from us you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom the product(s)is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Shippers may require a photo id for age verification before making the delivery. Title to, and ownership of the spirit(s) you order passes from SukariSpirits.com to you at the time the purchase is processed. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import spirits into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of spirits. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
The shipping price provided at the time of checkout is an estimate. We will make every reasonable effort to honor the estimate provided, however, some products may require additional packaging or handling that may affect the shipping price. In the event of a significant different in the price, we will contact you to determine your preference.
It is our goal to process all orders received before 3PM Eastern Time the same day. However, due to the volume of orders received and your location, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Orders received after 3PM Eastern will be shipped the following business day.
We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship on weekends or government holidays.
